Balatro порвала и Царя Обезьян, и Астробота на GDC Awards
На Game Developers Conference разработчики видеоигр отметили лучших из своей тусовки и вручили награды: триумфатором стала Balatro, в то время как Black Myth: Wukong с теми же семью номинациями победила лишь в одной.
Награда первопроходцу досталась Лукасу Поупу, который разводит индеек вроде Papers, Please и Return of the Obra Dinn, а Сэм Лэйк из Remedy был удостоен Премии за жизненные достижения.
